1. Digital credits
Crash Labs sells digital analysis credits and optional Pro subscriptions. Because credits can be consumed immediately for digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
2. Unused one-time packs
If you buy a one-time credit pack and have not used any of those credits, contact jeroenhuitema2000@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review refund requests in good faith (for example, accidental duplicate purchases).
3. Pro subscriptions
Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or we agree otherwise.
4. Service failures
If a paid run fails due to an outage or clear Service error (not invalid workflow input), contact support with your account email and run details. We may restore the credit or refund at our discretion.
5. EU / UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days. By starting a paid analysis (consuming a credit) you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose the withdrawal right for that digital content once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
